Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Case kits are accessories only. Watches, watch cores, movements, dials, hands, and internal modules are not included unless expressly stated.
